  1. Hello, Son of the main presenter. 🙂
Keep up the great work. I have been looking for a good transmitter that can transmit data collected during testing, that can be seen in realtime by the engineer in the office.

Making something myself always been an option and with what you are doing now, it could be possible.

Just found you Tech ingredients on youtube. You all are amazing people.
Thank you all for sharing your knowledge.

    Cheerio,

    Johannes

    • Hello,
Well, there are a few options for this. How much data do you need to send and how fast? If it’s only a few KB per second, I’d recomend going with this: Check dorji modules here
You just need a USB serial adapter to connect this to a PCs USB port. You can then use a standard serial control terminal like realterm to make sure it works. Then, you can use any programming language that has serial support. It’s very easy in C# or VB.
If you need more speed, then you might want an SDR. Two limeSDR mini’s is what I’d chose. I may do a video on limeSDR on my own channel in the future. It’s a lot more complicated than the dorji radios. You don’t have to have many skills to use those.
The datasender in my video is probably not necessarily what you want because it’s just for sending files, so the engineer would have to constantly be re-opening them. With the dorji, you can see the data right in the terminal updating live.
